2. Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated is critical for the body to function at its optimum levels, for energy, skin, and general health. Always have a water bottle along with you and try to drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Lemon, mint, or fruit also provide essential nutrients and antioxidants to the tea.
3. Exercise Daily
