Morning Routine! I believe that people should try to begin their days in a positive way because it helps them to create a proper mood for the next several hours. Waking up with a purpose and structure for the morning means waking up with a positive mentality, motivation, and readiness to work. That said, here are some tips that will help you design the right Morning Routine to kick-start your day.
Wake Up Early
The little 30-60 minutes of wake-up can be so important for personal time and recovery from stress. It’s important during such a period, to spend your time doing things that make you feel good and start the day in the right spirits.
Morning for many people is calm since after that people start getting up and preparing for the new day’s activities.
Hydrate
It is advisable to start with the consumption of water especially after a night without taking any products that contain water. First, take a full glass of water within the first half an hour of rising from bed. Drinking water also helps the brain to be active when it is processing information for the activities that lie ahead.
Move Your Body
Let some blood and oxygen through your body, some movement should help. A simple 5-10 minutes of stretching, Yoga, or bodyweight exercises, do help to start awakening the brain and body.
It should not be hard to incorporate this into your morning, so you are not likely to abandon it when other activities demand your attention.
Eat a Nutritious Breakfast
Do not go out on empty stomachs that is very dangerous at the moment. Eat a proper breakfast with Protein food, fats, and complex carbs so as to have a proper energy level throughout the day. Easy breakfasts mean having smoothies, oatmeal, or avocado toasts ready at a click and a blink of an eye.
Practice Gratitude
In a couple of minutes, think of things that you may have taken for granted but are grateful to have in your life. It alters the pattern of thinking and makes one focus on the positive things in their life.
This is a good experience to start with for the day that directs the mind to think of happy feelings such as happiness, satisfaction, and optimism, among others.
Do Some Goal-planning
Take the time to find and write 1-3 most important activities, assignments, or concerns that need your action that day. Defining your ‘have to do’ items earlier helps set strict guidelines to follow and therefore leads to more organization when it comes to the ‘need to get done’ items later.
Give Yourself a Buffer If at all possible it is recommended to schedule a 15-20 minute break between the morning ritual and the first professional obligation. This allows you some flexibility so that you avoid feeling stressed right from the word go without any possibility of a comeback.
Morning Routine
Start your day thinking about your priorities create some sort of schedule and follow it, and you will see what a difference it will make when you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to face the day. It is crucial to be consistent, and therefore select those components you like and engage in them every day.
Make necessary changes so that the things you do in the morning help enhance your productivity in the course of the day and not demoralize it.
